So I was lookin at a few blogs I follow that mentioned April 20th and its 'unofficial' celebration of sorts. That got me thinking: what is the hype behind 4/20... who started this and why?!?! How is it that on this one day of the year ppl openly [or maybe not too openly] smoke weed/marajiana/ pot [whichever u call it] and the police are oblivious or don't care... maybe im just confused because i don't smoke... Anyone know whats the whole day about??
